Josy is one of those aggregative people. She has a magnetism resulting from the activities she develops, based on ethics, organization and execution. She is the mother of a person with a disability, Dany, with some cognitive limitations and in this context she has always lived integrated with her daughter. She was an employee of Bosch, a German multinational where she coordinated the motivational and social responsibility campaigns, always qualifying, collecting several MBAs in the area of communication and inclusive education, today she is an authority in the PwD, People with Disabilities area, without being a formal part from the institutional summit on the subject, but always heard and respected. Its activities also include the elderly, as it understands that it is a public with reduced mobility. She herself was the victim of an accident that imposed some limitations on her movement.

Within this context, it maintains the Lauro de Freitas Movement for the Struggle of People with Disabilities (MMLPcD) that started in September 2014, with the function of ensuring the full exercise of citizenship for the benefit of people with disabilities and reduced mobility (elderly people), which maintains several actions related to this audience.

The project develops actions focused on diversity, inclusion and accessibility, thus helping to build a fairer and more humane society.

As the leader of this Movement, one of the actions/projects that moves me the most is the graduation from courses offered by SENAI/UNIME for People with Disabilities, especially for People with Autistic Intellectual Disabilities, Down Syndrome and also for the elderly, as we know of the difficulties these people faced in reaching this level. And to complete and close the cycle, I'm even happier when these people are inserted in the labor market.

"Despite all our struggle, People with Disabilities and the Elderly are still invisible to society, we have a long way to go." Josy Luz.

His Brazilian musicality and bold interpretations won, in addition to a loyal audience, the praise of critics. As an interpreter, Erick worked with the groups Cesta Básica (PB), Mercedes Band (CE) and Grupo Etc and Tal (AL), already with the groups Sine Qua Non (PB) and Zaraquê Trio (RN) recorded albums where he also acted as composer.
